fix(api): list every build status for admins behind Authelia ... 2f31a3fa73

The admin build list read GET /api/v1/builds, but the ingress runs Authelia
forward-auth on /api/v1/admin/** only and strips Remote-* everywhere else.
The server therefore never saw an admin on that route, and visibleFilter
narrowed the listing to succeeded builds -- hiding failed, running and
queued ones from the page meant to debug them.

Add GET /api/v1/admin/builds behind requireAdmin, reusing handleListBuilds,
and point the admin-only /builds page at it. The public listing is
unchanged.

fix(macos): backport clang float.h fix for arm64 Metal builds ... cb2fd13231

macOS arm64 and universal builds failed in drivers/metal with

  module '_c_standard_library_obsolete' requires feature
  'found_incompatible_headers__check_search_paths'

clang 19's float.h include_next's the SDK's float.h on Apple, which the
macOS 27 SDK files under a module that refuses to build. Only -fmodules
compiles reach it, and Godot's Metal driver -- built for arm64 only -- is
the one that uses modules, so x86_64 was unaffected.

Backport llvm/llvm-project#137432 (LLVM 21) by dropping __APPLE__ from that
include_next condition in the image, with a check that fails the image
build if the header no longer matches.

chore: stop tracking the gbb binary ... f72835d508

An 18 MB gbb executable was committed to the repo root by accident in
2e5b5d0. Nothing references it, and the repository guidelines forbid
generated binaries. Forgejo's copy of that blob is also corrupt, which
failed CI checkout: a depth-1 fetch of any commit whose tree contains it
aborts with "corrupt loose object 7de33724...". Untrack it and ignore
root-level build output.
