fix(govdeals): update API request body, headers, and response mapping ... 79fe9290f6

The GovDeals search API at maestro.lqdt1.com/search/list changed its
request/response format. The old body (keyword, pageIndex, pageSize, sortBy)
was returning 404. This commit updates the integration:

- Request body: updated to new field names (searchText, page 1-based,
  displayRows, sortField) plus required new fields (businessId, isQAL, facets)
- Headers: added x-api-key (from Vault), x-api-correlation-id, x-page-unique-id,
  Origin, and Referer headers required by the API
- Response mapping: updated items_path (assetSearchResults) and all field paths
  (assetId, assetShortDescription, assetAuctionEndDateUtc, companyName, etc.)
- URL construction: listing URLs are now built from assetId/accountId using a
  new FieldSpec.Prefix mechanism instead of a direct url field in the response

Code: Added Prefix field to FieldSpec struct and applied it in both
jsonFieldValue() and htmlFieldValue() to support constructing values
with a literal prefix (e.g. /asset/123/456).
