The previous publish was built from a stale main and did not know about
docs/wiki/, the curated guide the repository already carries. Publish that
guide as the spine — Home, Getting Started, Building Godot, Configuration,
Modules and Administration, API, Architecture, Deployment and Operations,
Security, Troubleshooting, Development — and mirror every docs/*.md design
document beside it under a Reference- prefix, so the two tiers do not
collide on a page name.
Home gains a table of the reference tier and the sidebar gains a section
for it. Links are rewritten to wiki page names; links into repository
files (deploy/, internal/, configs/, tickets/, LICENSE) become inline
paths rather than dead links.

Mirror the repository documentation as wiki pages: architecture, API,
modules, admin, artifacts, deployment, module registry, macOS SDK,
contributing, and the roadmap. Home is the README adapted as an index;
inter-document links are rewritten to wiki page names and links into
repository files are demoted to inline paths so nothing dead-ends.
